We are seeking a Team Leader for our Wellness Center
- Supervising and coordinating the daily functions of the center.
- Meeting and exceeding membership and retail sales objectives while managing sales personnel and wellness practitioners.
- Training and evaluating the performance of sales staff, as well as developing and maintaining staff schedules.
- Delivering outstanding service to clients by managing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, welcoming clients upon arrival, and promoting memberships.
- Upholding a professional and pristine environment for both staff and clients.
- Preparing sales reports, handling payroll, managing bank deposits, overseeing inventory, and ordering supplies.
- Experience in management, sales, or marketing is advantageous. Background in service or retail sales is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate expectations to team members and foster a collaborative environment.
- Skilled in training and motivating others.

Ideal Candidates:
- Possess management and/or sales experience, ideally in a personal service setting such as a spa, salon, or fitness center. Experience in the wellness industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exhibit natural leadership qualities that foster relationship-building while motivating and supporting a team.
- Capable of conducting difficult conversations in a constructive and professional manner.
- Committed to creating a positive workplace culture where all team members feel valued, issues are addressed promptly and fairly, and everyone is aligned with the mission.
- Aim for continuous improvement by setting clear goals, prioritizing tasks, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Skilled in resolving customer issues while maintaining a safe and therapeutic atmosphere.

Compensation:
$13-$17/hour
