Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated Part-Time LPNs to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and advance your career while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN Licensure
- BLS Certification
- Experience in Gerontology or Long-Term Care
- Training in Medication Administration
- CPR Certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications accurately and in a timely manner
- Assess and manage wounds, monitoring the healing process
- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
- Guide and support CNAs in delivering direct patient care
- Perform various clinical procedures and treatments as required
