Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with the production team to resolve production issues and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Participate in shift huddles and contribute to a positive and safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of industrial maintenance experience or education.
  • Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
