Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate financial due diligence engagements for healthcare clients
  • Analyze financial and operational results of businesses to be acquired or sold

  • Collaborate with client management to identify diligence focus areas and provide real-time communications of issues and deal considerations
  • Conduct discussions with senior team management regarding business performance and forecasting assumptions

  • Write reports that set out findings and recommendations around key financial and business issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 4+ years of related work experience
  • Active CPA certification
  • Experience with healthcare clients and significant public accounting experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
  • Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% on short notice
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven record of excellence in mergers and acquisitions transactions
  • Experience gained within another large professional services organization
  • Established networking skills in a relevant industry
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position will vary by location. Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors, including the specific role, hiring location, and individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
