About the Role:

This is a direct service training position under the supervision of our Director of Treatment Services. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, provide psychotherapy and therapeutic groups, and coordinate services with other agencies. Your expertise will help us ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for assigned residents
• Provide psychotherapy, therapeutic groups, and general casework services
• Coordinate treatment with other agencies and departments
• Prepare comprehensive written psychosocial evaluations and assessments
• Communicate with residents and families regarding their legal status and rights
• Lead or co-lead psychotherapy and therapeutic activity groups

Requirements:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
• 1 year of direct service experience with severely emotionally disturbed adolescents
• Eligibility to take appropriate licensure within state-mandated time limits
