Seasonal Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at Azul Hospitality. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

• Guest Service: Greet all guests in a welcoming and friendly manner, take food and beverage orders, and provide recommendations on menu items.
• Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high-quality presentation and timely delivery.
• Table Management: Clean and set tables, clear and reset tables as needed, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Cash Handling: Operate a cash register/POS, receive payment from customers, and provide accurate change.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: One to three years of food service experience preferred.
• Certifications: Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.

This role requires standing and exerting well-paced mobility for up to four hours in length, lifting up to 45 lbs, and pushing and pulling carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. The individual must be able to work in extreme temperatures and maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per Azul Hospitality standards.
