Job Title: Dietary Aide

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Neighborhood Healthcare. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall quality of food services for our elderly patients at the PACE center.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve meals to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with food preparation, including cooking, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Ensure that all food is handled and stored properly to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Participate in the general clean up and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Collaborate with the Cook to ensure that meals are prepared according to patient dietary needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of food preparation and service experience required.
  • Valid Food Handler Card required.
  • Valid BLS certification required prior to hire.

Pay Range: $23.58 per hour, depending on experience.
