We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to oversee the operations and staff of our Behavioral Health Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health Clinic, including staff supervision and management.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in clinical services.
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical, school, and/or counseling psychology.
- Must have completed an APA-approved internship or equivalent.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of clinical concerns and diagnoses.
- Must be a licensed (or licensable) Psychologist, Counselor, or Mental Health Practitioner in the state in which practicing.
