Job Summary

The Custodian / Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
  • Stock locker rooms with proper supplies and paper products.
  • Properly dispose of trash and maintain trash cans.
  • Clean and dust items high off the ground, such as ceiling fans, TVs, and rafters.
  • Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
  • Follow the Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager immediately.
Requirements
  • Custodial experience is preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
  • Honesty and exceptional work ethic are required.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
