ENT POSITION IN SOUTHERN OREGON

Permanent Placement Resources, LLC is in search of an Otolaryngology specialist to become a part of our dedicated team. We are looking for candidates who are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology. Our established ENT practice consists of three surgeons, two Physician Assistants, and a highly skilled support team. We provide comprehensive services at a well-equipped community medical center.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Competitive starting salary in the first year
• In the second year, earn the greater of the annual base salary or a compensation model based on work relative value units (wRVU), along with performance incentives up to 16% of base salary
• In the third year, transition to a compensation model based on wRVU with incentives up to 16%
• Sign-on bonus available
• Relocation assistance provided
• Annual continuing medical education (CME) allowance
• 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off annually
