Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at Interim HealthCare of Bellevue WA. As a Home Health Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients with various medical conditions.
  • Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care (and nursing scope of practice) while closely monitoring progress/recovery.
  • Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids, documenting thoroughly.
  • Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal hygiene.
  • Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Active Washington State RN License.
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Home Health Nurse (RN)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current BLS certification
  • Two (2) positive work references
  • Successfully complete and pass a background check and drug test.
