Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and systems
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans and schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve facility-related issues
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Document maintenance activities and record-keeping
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of spare parts and materials
- High School diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification a plus
- 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, reliability engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
The successful candidate will be required to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to various weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and potential hazards. The ability to work safely and follow company policies and procedures is essential.
