Practical Nurse

Addus Homecare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized nursing care in the comfort of their own homes.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and document patient records accordingly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
- Licensed as a vocational or practical nurse in the state of practice
- At least two years of clinical experience in a related field
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
