Job Summary

Preston Communities LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our apartment homes and office buildings.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the exterior appearance of our properties to ensure a positive first impression for our residents and visitors.

Perform routine preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures and ensure the overall condition of our assets.

Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and ensure resident satisfaction.

Perform daily trash collection and other duties as assigned to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be able to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation details: 21-24 Hourly Wage
