We offer a sign-on bonus of $8000 for experienced Registered Nurses and $3000 for new graduates.

Our nursing staff delivers safe and efficient care tailored to the specific age and health requirements of patients and their families, utilizing the nursing process to help them achieve and maintain optimal health.

Qualifications

Education

  • Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program required, or
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required, or
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Understanding of nursing processes and practices is essential.
  • Ability to operate various technical equipment to meet patient needs and deliver prescribed therapies.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support may be necessary based on clinical area standards.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing and walking.
  • Occasional sitting.
  • Regular lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent pushing and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasional climbing and balancing.
  • Frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
