Role Summary

The Cannabis Retail Specialist plays a crucial role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey by offering education on product benefits and potential side effects. This position requires a strong knowledge base to effectively communicate with customers about various products while delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, guests, and colleagues.
  • Exhibit empathy and compassion towards patients.
  • Provide an elevated service experience through product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Assist management with returns in compliance with company policies.
  • Efficiently prepare and process patient orders.
  • Adhere to Trulieve policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding products and devices.
  • Document customer interactions and concerns accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Responsibilities

As a Delivery Associate:
  • Ensure product accuracy before delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery timelines.
  • Maintain delivery records in accordance with regulations.
  • Securely handle cash and products during deliveries.
  • Inspect delivery vehicles for safety and functionality.

As a TruHost:
  • Follow service guidelines to enhance customer experience.
  • Engage with customers in the lobby.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clear driving record.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move throughout the facility and interact with customers.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds.

Work Schedule
  • Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
