- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oiling, greasing, and adding gas to equipment as required.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards to prevent injuries and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conserve maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently to accomplish job results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
- 2+ years of experience as an industrial mechanic or in a related field.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with teams and resolve issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality.
- Ability to work overtime with a flexible schedule, including weekends, as needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other physically demanding tasks as required.
