We are seeking a reliable and dependable Janitorial Team Member to join our team at United Facility Services Corp. dba Eastco Building Services.

Job Summary:

This is an overnight position working approximately 4 days per week, with a start time of 10 PM to 6 AM. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the Janitorial field and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning and maintaining floors, walls, and other surfaces
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor buffers and vacuum cleaners
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and supervisors

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in the Janitorial field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with waxing and stripping floors
  • Knowledge of correct procedures and protocols for achieving high-quality tile flooring
