Job Title: Biostatistics Scientist

JRAD is seeking a highly qualified Biostatistics Scientist to support health technology development initiatives for the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H).

This role requires extensive experience in cybersecurity and applied/biostatistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a versatile role, collaborating with the Government to define, execute, and oversee technology development initiatives.
  • Provide on-demand proposal support and assist project leads in executing multiple advanced technology programs.

Project Management:

  • Manage projects, identify and implement accessible technology solutions, and identify technology solutions that need to exist to solve problems.
  • Coordinate program activities with team members, plan tasks, and monitor execution progress.

Oversight and Coordination:

  • Support the oversight of program activity, budget, and contractor progress.
  • Ensure efficient operations and timely product completion.

Contract and Acquisition Support:

  • Provide contract management and acquisition support.
  • Develop program briefings for Government stakeholders.
  • Contribute to program plans, briefings, and technical reports.

Technical Support and Communication:

  • Organize technical meetings and conferences.
  • Assist in the development of technical documentation and reports.

Required Skills and Education:

  • PhD in Mathematics or related scientific field
  • 7 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with the design and analysis of biomedical/clinical trials is highly preferred.
