This position operates on a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential adjustments based on operational needs. Occasional Saturday or evening shifts may be required for special projects with tight deadlines, but the aim is to maintain a consistent 40-hour work week.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this role is $16.50. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • 7 paid federal holidays
  • 80 hours of accrued paid time off (PTO)
  • 2 floating holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and masking surfaces of components prior to coating.
  • Safely operating hand tools and power tools, including pneumatic sanders and electric drills.
  • Hanging parts on mobile racks for coating preparation.
  • Maintaining an active role throughout the shift, including bending, twisting, and reaching.
  • Performing clean-up duties as required.
  • Adhering to safety guidelines and reporting any concerns to management.
  • Following all instructions and attending safety and production training.
  • Exhibiting a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Learning proper grounding techniques and understanding project documentation.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Virginia State Driver's License.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Must pass a drug test and background check.
