Personal Lines Risk Management Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Personal Lines Account Executive to join our team at AssuredPartners. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of risk management, sales, and leadership principles.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service. You will be responsible for leading meetings with clients, negotiating and selling lines of insurance, and managing complex risk-management strategies.
You will also partner with our sales team and work independently on sales opportunities to lead day-to-day management of current clients' insurance programs. Your expertise in industry trends, client retention strategies, and agency management software will be essential in driving growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support
- Provide comprehensive client support and act as the main client contact for their book of business.
- Lead meetings with clients, including negotiating, selling lines of insurance, and renewal meetings at client locations.
- Account Management
- Negotiate and sell lines of insurance to clients to round out accounts as appropriate.
- Own all audit, review, and claims processes for assigned books of business.
- Insurance Expertise
- Develop strong personal relationships with insurance carrier personnel.
- Forecast industry trends to predict needed changes in client strategies.
- Leadership
- Mentor or lead the work of more junior team members.
- Facilitate and collaborate with account teams on the agency's renewal strategy.

Requirements- 7+ years of related experience and/or training preferred, or demonstrated skills listed below.
- Current Property and Casualty license required; professional designations preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of available personal lines coverages based on business classification, as well as informed on industry trends and client retention strategies.
