Key Responsibilities- Support the mission of Foothill Family by providing high-quality, compassionate, and ethical services to students and their families.
- Manage your caseload and tasks effectively, balancing the requirements of the contracted entity and the Agency.
- Meet contract requirements for services and deliverables, providing direct service to students, families, and entity personnel.
- Complete all documentation as required by the contract and Agency policies, ensuring quality assurance, compliance, and billing requirements.
- Collaborate with administrators and personnel to develop comprehensive and effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
- Communicate effectively with supervisor, co-workers, and outside agencies, maintaining current professional licensure and displaying sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socio-economic characteristics.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, or registration with the State of California and an active intern number as an Associate MFT or Associate Clinical Social Worker.
- Master's degree from an accredited social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology program.
- Experience in providing direct service to individuals, families, and groups, as well as child abuse treatment and treatment to children with serious emotional problems.
- Ability to effectively use the DSM V and navigate Foothill Family's Electronic Health Record System (EHRS) and the assigned District's system.
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cooperatively as a team member, and knowledge and sensitivity to cultural differences.
