Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Holistic Health Coach to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing nutrition and wellness coaching to our patients, working closely with our healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans, and participating in ongoing research and education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive nutrition and wellness plans for patients, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing research and education initiatives to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in functional medicine and nutrition.
- Provide exceptional patient care and education, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services, aligning with the clinic's mission and vision.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in functional medicine or nutrition.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition assessment and nutrient requirements, as well as current theory and practices of dietetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
