Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled PCA Specialist to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility in Lima, OH. As a PCA Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to patients in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support to patients in a hospital setting
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Assist with medication administration and documentation
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

Requirements:

• State Certification: A valid certification in the state of practice and BCLS
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent relevant hospital experience
