The role of a Housekeeping Overnight Cleaner at MCR Hotels involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, meeting rooms, and offices during overnight shifts. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Cleaning and maintaining all public areas, including conference center meeting rooms, office spaces, and public restrooms.
  2. Returns food and beverage service items found in public areas to the proper department.
  3. Ensures that all equipment is distributed and maintained in proper operating order.
  4. Maintains constant awareness of safety issues, reporting any incidents to the on-duty supervisor.
  5. Reports and delivers lost and found items to the Housekeeping office.
  6. Performs any other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
  • Ability to move, bend, stoop, lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25-30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
