As a Loan Consultant, you will focus on building a customer base through sales, loan extension, and merchant referrals. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to provide personalized service to customers, build strong relationships with them, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Job Description:

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions that meet those needs. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of loan processes. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of loan products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, as well as additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
