VMware Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced VMware Administrator to join our team at Infojini Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VMware 7.0 or higher, with expertise in Virtual Center and vDS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage large-scale VMware environments
  • Support and configure vDS in a production environment
  • Implement automated procedures for deployments of services and infrastructure
  • Work with engineering teams to design and implement application operational procedures and processes
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working with VMware production environment
  • 2+ years of experience supporting/configuring vDS in a production environment
  • Previous experience managing, setting up, and administering storage/VMware clusters
  • Experience with Enterprise backup solutions, Commvault experience a plus
