Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care in post-acute facilities, collaborating with medical staff and residents to develop care plans, and ensuring the accurate documentation of medical histories and interventions.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Connecticut State License: Hold a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Connecticut.
  • Diploma from Approved Nursing Program: Possess a diploma from an approved nursing program.
  • Post-Acute Experience: Have at least 4 months of post-acute or in-patient hospital care experience.
  • Excellent Organizational and Supervisory Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and train nursing staff as needed.
