Agricultural Laborer

This family farm has been in operation since 1974, providing a stable and secure work environment for its employees.

We are seeking an experienced agricultural laborer to join our team at Nelson Farms. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate and maintain tractors, grain carts, combine, semi, self-propelled sprayer or plater equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform daily tasks such as fixing tile and scooping grain bins, ensuring the smooth operation of the farm.
• Participate in seasonal planting, harvesting, and other activities as required.

• Must have previous experience working on a farm or in a related industry.
• Hold a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
