Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and high-quality output.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and development teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Development: Establish and maintain optimal line conditions for production processes and set up trials for new product development.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in non-conforming material review meetings to address quality issues and collaborate with production personnel to improve troubleshooting skills and provide training.
  • Process Documentation: Keep production procedures updated and interface with maintenance to prioritize preventative maintenance (PM) work.
  • Technology Implementation: Identify and implement new technologies that enhance process capabilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in either a chemical, plastics, or other continuous process-oriented manufacturing industry.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical processes, with an ability to multitask across several projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
