We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Technician to join our team at Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire. As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide continuous patient care, supervision, and interaction to patients in our Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Support patients with activities of daily living and promote good health through effective communication techniques.
- Conduct environmental rounds to ensure patient safety and document observations.
- Facilitate patient participation in therapeutic activities and groups.
- Implement crisis management skills as directed by licensed staff.
