Job Summary

The Mechanical Execution Planner is a key member of the production control team at Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC. This role is responsible for dissecting technical data packages to determine appropriate build steps, including machining, fabrication, welding, plating, painting, and non-destructive testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and military specifications to create routers for operational steps.
  • Identify part marking requirements and monitor metrics for system performance management.
  • Prioritize and sequence work, executing work plans and implementing controls to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials.
  • Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of components and supplies to meet production schedules.
  • Compile status reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, materials inventories, materials used, customer feedback, and production issues.
  • Maintain documentation and information to account for delays, difficulties, and changes to cost estimates.
  • Report activity results and provide feedback on performance to execute plans for continuous improvement.
  • Investigate production control problems, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions to develop positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with 15 years of task-related experience, or Associates Degree/enrolled in a four-year degree program and 10 years of task-related experience, or Bachelors Degree with 5 years of task-related experience.
  • Background in CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, integration, etc.
  • Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
  • Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Calista shareholders and their descendants.
  • Shareholders of other corporations created pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
