Job Title: Daycare Director

The Daycare Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the BridgeWater Learning Center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff members to provide high-quality childcare services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and local regulations
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the center remains a leader in early childhood education
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills
