ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
50% of Job: Financial Planning, Modeling, and Presentations –
Develops, constructs, and sustains a comprehensive financial model to facilitate strategic decision-making.
Generate and present high-quality reports and presentations that support strategic choices made by senior leadership.
Assist in the formulation of the annual budget, long-term financial strategies, and forecasts.
Evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
Collaborate with finance and business unit leaders to propose key forecasting assumptions, including capital expenditures and debt capacity.
Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including financial due diligence, valuation assessments, and integration strategies.
30% of Job: Treasury Management –
Oversee and manage the organization's cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and investments.
Assist in the design and implementation of the organization’s funding strategy, including debt issuance and management.

Conduct assessments of financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with interest rates, fuel hedging, and other financial exposures.

Engage with capital partners, rating agencies, and other financial institutions to manage relationships and optimize financing opportunities.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to treasury functions.
20% of Job: Financial Analysis & Reporting –
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and modeling to support various strategic initiatives.
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, including compliance with debt obligations.
Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Analyze and report on key metrics in comparison to industry competitors.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Work Experience: 2-4+ years of experience in banking or corporate treasury/FP&A roles.
