PICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate PICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at Goldcrest Staffing Solution LLC. As a PICU Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to critically ill children in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying potential complications and developing effective care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate dosing and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-advocacy.
- Adhere to regulatory standards and guidelines, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric critical care or related field.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients.
