For this position, the anticipated base compensation is competitive within the industry.

Shift Hours: Night shifts with rotating weekends.

Offering Shift Differentials.


Completion of an accredited nursing education program resulting in a diploma or an Associate Degree in Nursing is mandatory, while a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.

A minimum of two (2) years of professional nursing experience is essential.

At least one (1) year in healthcare or nursing administration is advantageous.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required.

This role demands critical thinking, organizational skills, decisive judgment, effective communication, and strong customer service abilities.


Must be adept at managing multiple tasks, thrive in a high-pressure environment, and take appropriate actions as necessary.

Adherence to YesCare and departmental policies and procedures is mandatory.

Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance requirements.

A background check, security clearance, and drug screening are prerequisites for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Nursing Supervisor with YesCare, your responsibilities will include:


Under the guidance of the Director of Nursing, oversee the nursing program within the Healthcare Unit; directly supervise one shift and share 24-hour accountability for all nursing and paraprofessional staff.

Ensure accurate documentation of nursing care and treatments provided to patients.

Engage in the recruitment and orientation of new nursing staff.

Organize evaluation meetings for non-supervisory nursing personnel and participate in their performance assessments on a regular basis.


Contribute to the formulation and execution of policies, procedures, rules, and regulations for the Healthcare Unit; collaborate with the Director of Nursing on policy and program development.

Actively engage in in-service training programs and staff meetings.

Work collaboratively with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement health reviews.


Act as a liaison between nursing staff and the Director of Nursing to communicate essential information and assist in problem-solving to enhance healthcare delivery.

Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and annual medical records and reports as requested by administrative staff.

Plan and oversee the implementation of various nursing care techniques.

Supervise emergency medical care in accordance with established facility policies.


Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures for crisis situations and the appropriate response plans governed by triage and written guidelines.

Be capable of providing CPR instructions and take charge during a CPR emergency. Complete rectification training annually.

Ensure the security of medications, supplies, and equipment.

Attend staff and administrative meetings as requested.

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives as assigned.

Adhere to standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
