Join Our Team as a Part-Time Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at EAMC - Lanier Home Health. As a part-time Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their care needs and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient care and progress accurately and timely, in accordance with agency policies and state-specific guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
