Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Constructively receive feedback and direction from your team and management.
  • Identify and communicate your learning needs to your unit manager to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to perform your job effectively.
  • Request assistance in planning and prioritizing activities as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
  • Participate in self-review as requested by your unit manager to reflect on your performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply, monitor, and remove resident restraints as per physician or facility protocol to ensure patient safety and comfort.
