The system offers a private practice environment with a multi-clinic setting and a single hospital system serving Northeast Missouri, Southeast Iowa, and West-Central Illinois.

**Compensation Package:**

• Estimated Salary: $400,000 - $600,000 per year (based on industry standards)
• $20,000 Non-Productivity Bonus
• $25,000 Relocation Loan (Signing Bonus)
• 31 Days Paid Time Off
• 5 Days Continuing Medical Education (CME) with up to 10 days max
• $5,000 CME Stipend for first year and $2,500 for subsequent years

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 days of call per month, with additional compensation for calls over 10 nights.
