Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities, including vital sign checks and regular reports to the nursing team.
- Observe residents' conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
- Keep residents' living areas clean and sanitary, including changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care.
- Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and residents.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
