Job Summary
Resources For Human Development is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Clinical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical support and leadership to staff and participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and evaluation of staff, including Electronic Health Record (EHR) oversight and approval of notes as rendering provider for billing when needed.
- Implement and maintain program policy and procedures and continuous quality improvement measures.
- Monitor and maintain program or department budget.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and document treatment and services for program participants, groups, and individuals.
- Maintain a caseload of clients as required by the program or program director, including organizing input from therapists, case managers, and other team members into a treatment plan with measurable goals and objectives.
- Provide clinical supervision as required by state licensing boards for staff seeking licensing.
Requirements
- Minimum Master's Degree required in psychology, social work, or related field.
- Clinical Mental Health license (LPC, LCSW, LISW) as required by state or local regulations.
- Five years' experience working with individuals with Mental Health issues, Developmental Disabilities, Drug and/or Alcohol Addiction, or Homeless populations.
- Three years of experience managing a diverse team of clinicians and medical staff.
Working Conditions
This position is set in an office environment, located in Eatontown, NJ. While performing the duties of the job, employees are frequently required to stand, walk, lift, and reach.
Physical Requirements
- Heavy: exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Reporting Relationships
- Direct Supervisor: Unit Director.

- $1500 sign-on bonus upon satisfactory completion of 90-day probation period.
