Meat Cutter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at All American Quality Food Inc. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and merchandising meat products with precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Cut and trim meat to specifications using company guidelines
- Responsible for safe operation and maintenance of meat cutting equipment, including band saws
- Follow proper Safety and Sanitation Procedures
- Assist in training Meat Cutter Trainees on necessary skills
- Assist in unloading trucks and maintaining accurate inventory counts
- Wrap meat and work display cases as needed
- Ability to cut and trim meat to specifications
- Basic proficiency in mathematics (counting, addition, subtraction)
- Ability to safely work near or around meat cutting and grinding equipment
- Able to lift up to 100 pounds with control
This position requires standing, walking, reaching, twisting, bending/stooping, and repetitive arm and hand movements. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and safe work area is essential.
