About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Server Assistant to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist servers in providing expertly served dining experiences by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.
  • Deliver food to the correct tables and seat numbers while giving accurate and appealing descriptions of food.
  • Provide excellent communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with guests.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year's food service or related work experience.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and accurately.
  • Strong F&B knowledge is preferred.
  • Job requires ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 20 pounds.
  • This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
