Caregiving Specialist

Infojini is seeking a skilled Caregiving Specialist - Patient Care and Rehabilitation to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Implement evidence-based nursing care plans by performing practical nursing duties and individual/patient/resident/inmate care activities.
• Prepare, administer, and record medications and treatments prescribed by the physician in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor and report changes in the physical and emotional behavior of individuals/patients/residents/inmates, ensuring timely intervention and support.
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate.
• Collect specimens and prepare progress notes and other administrative reports as required, maintaining accurate and detailed records.

You will participate in carrying out the total treatment program, which includes habilitation and rehabilitation programs established by the interdisciplinary treatment team. Daily living and leisure time activities will also be an essential part of your role.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be competent in the following areas: airway insertion, first aid, catheter insertion, AED, administering oxygen, IV therapy, heparin lock insertion and irrigation, medication administration, injections, treatments, vital signs, nursing protocols, participating in the plan of care, ambu bag, audiogram testing, medications, telebinocular testing, universal/standard precautions, catheter care, perineal care, documentation of IV therapy, heparin lock insertion, and irrigation, initiation and care of tubing, care of a heparin well, parenteral management, secondary medications, use of IV infusion pump, use of manual flow regulator.

The estimated salary for this position is $73,500 - $85,000 per year, based on job title and location.
