Production Supervisor

Job Summary

This is a full-time rotating shift work position at Alltech, operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our grain handling and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts and automated equipment to load trucks and mix and pellet products.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet production targets and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in grain handling or manufacturing environment.
  • Commitment to work in a safe manner and follow OSHA standards.
  • Good computer and math skills.
  • Ability to read and follow procedures.
  • Complete required paperwork.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
  • Work in a natural climate environment.
  • Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and be physically active throughout the shift.
