**Compensation and Benefits**

**Responsibilities and Requirements**

As a Security Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Responding calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
  • Conducting regular and random patrols around client sites, working in various environments and conditions.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience).
  • Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ years old for armed roles).
  • Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Undergo a drug screen, as permitted by law.
  • (Valid driver's license required for driving positions only).
