About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe management of inventory, staff, and equipment.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, logistics, and operations, with a strong focus on team leadership, communication, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, stock movements, and employee performance.
  3. Manage and train a team of warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and customer service.
  4. Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Proficient in inventory management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Working Conditions:

The Warehouse Manager will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to varying temperatures (-60°F) and physical demands (lifting up to 40 pounds). Safety equipment may be required.

Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
