We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Telemetry Unit team at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
* Conduct patient assessments and develop plans to address patient needs
* Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment options
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
**Requirements**
* Graduation from a school of nursing required
* BSN preferred
* Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan required
* American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required
**Work Environment**
* DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital is a 1,400-bed hospital located in Detroit, Michigan
