As a Registered Nurse Ambulatory Specialist Lead, you will play a vital role in assisting Providers by preparing patients for medical exams, assessments, and telephone triage. In partnership with the clinic administrator, you will ensure the implementation and success of Novant Health goals, organize and direct the clinical environment, and coordinate teams to provide effective care and ensure quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, delegate, and evaluate individualized plans of care that promote optimal health or support creating an environment that allows team members to be present with patients and families.
- Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey.
- Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Associates degree OR Bachelor's degree in Nursing, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
- Additional Skills Required: Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem-solving skills, operate personal computer.
