Hospice of Northwest Ohio is seeking a dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide personal care to our hospice patients. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care to hospice patients according to their individualized plan of care
* Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Support patients with their physical and emotional needs
* Collaborate with the hospice team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

* Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or test-ready
* Ability to work Monday - Friday, 7:00a.m. - 3:30p.m.
* $4,000 Sign-on Bonus
